Sandbrook Park
Sandbrook Park is a leisure and retail park in Rochdale. Leisure-related businesses based here include the 9-screen Odeon Rochdale cinema, the Strike Ten bowling alley and laser arena, and a Fitness First gym.
The development also boasts a good selection of places to eat and drink. Pizza Hut, McDonald’s, Frankie & Benny’s, the Copper Pot Indian restaurant, and the Sandbrook pub are all here.
The only retail business here is a large B&Q superstore. An office park, located east of the leisure and retail area, is home to businesses such as Zen Internet and the Co-operative Pharmacy.
Sandbrook Park is located around one mile south of Rochdale town centre. To drive there leave the M62 motorway at Junction 20 and take the A627 (M) to Rochdale. Sandbrook Park is clearly signposted. Drivers with satellite navigation systems can use the postcode OL11 1RY to find it. There is plenty of free parking for customers.
Buses to Sandbrook Park include the 471 service between Rochdale and Bolton. Alight at the Tesco store at Sudden and walk along Edinburgh Way for ½ mile to reach Sandbrook Park.
