Ocean Plaza Southport

The Ocean Plaza is a multi-million pound shopping and leisure park on Southport’s seafront.It offers numerous dining, entertainment and shopping options.

Retail businesses are located at the northern end of the park and include Matalan, Poundstretcher, Dunelm Mill, Brantano, and Pets at Home. There’s also a Pizza Hut and McDonalds here.

Opening times vary by store but all are open 7 days a week. Opening hours for Matalan are Monday to Saturday 9 am to 8 pm and Sunday 11 am to 5 pm. Pets at Home is open Monday to Friday 9 am to 8 pm, Saturday 9 am to 6 pm, and Sunday 11 am to 5 pm.

The southern side of the park is geared towards entertainment and leisure. Businesses here include a DW Sports Fitness Club, the Vue cinema, Roberto’s pizza restaurant, the Premier Inn Southport Central hotel and Brewers Fayre pub, Premier Bowl tenpin bowling alley, Frankie and Benny’s Italian restaurant, and the Chiquito Mexican restaurant and bar.

The Marine Way Bridge links Ocean Plaza to the Promenade and Lord Street. Car parking is available for 1,200 vehicles.
