Splash World

Southport’s Splash World opened in 2006 and went some way to compensate for the loss of Pleasureland. Rides and features at this indoor water park include:

Lazy river ride
High-speed water slides
Water curtain
25m swimming pool
Learner pool

Splash world is part of the Dunes Leisure Centre. Here you’ll also find a gym, steam room and sauna, and sports hall.

When I went to Splash World it was a amazing day with my family and one I will never forget! When I went on the rapids for my first time I fell off and it took 5 mins to get out. It was a hilarious and it was loads of fun.

Splash World was awesome but after a while the rides got a bit boring because there are not many. But it was still cool.

I love Splash World. I went last Saturday. It was really quiet with only 30 people there and it was only £2 for 3 hours

It wasn't good because if it is busy you can only play for an hour and a half. You could expand the size of Splash World then people could stay in longer even when it's busy.
