This place is beginning to look a little tired in places, but it does the job. Service was a little slow when I was there, and they did make a mistake on the bill, but to their credit they put everything right and were very apologetic which I appreciate.

The hotel is probably a bit past its best now, but you can still get the odd decent deal here. It's pretty handy if you want to be within 20 minutes of Manchester and the airport, but in a quiet environment. There are nice walking and cycling possibilities along the canal nearby.
