North West Face Climbing Centre

The North West Face Climbing Centre is an indoor rock climbing centre in Warrington, Cheshire. Situated in an old church it offers over 14,000 square feet of climbing terrain, including a 50 ft lead wall with 24 lines and 80 routes and a bouldering wall.

The centre offers climbing tuition for adults, families, groups, and children. Courses, including taster sessions, are available for all levels of ability.

North West Face also offers a climbing shop offering safety equipment, harnesses, clothing, gloves, ropes, supplies and more.

The climbing centre is located at St Ann’s Church on the A49 Winwick Road, just outside Warrington town centre. It is easily reached from Junction 9 of the M62 making it a good choice for climbers from Liverpool and Manchester.

I recently visited the centre on a works team build exercise and had a great time. The staff and facilities were excellent. I'm looking to go back soon with my son who I'm certain will love it.
