The Angouleme Retail Park is a mid-sized shopping park in Bury, Greater Manchester. Stores here at the time of writing (September 2016) are Argos, PC World, TK Maxx, B&M Home Store, and Poundstretcher.
Shoppers should pay careful attention to the parking areas and regulations here. The car park is actually split into three sections and it isn’t that obvious. The central section belongs to Bury Council while the outer sections are managed by a private company. It’s not uncommon for shoppers to buy a parking ticket from the wrong section and receive a penalty notice.

Opening times vary by store but all are open every day of the week. PC World is open 9 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Saturday, and 10 am to 4 pm on Sunday. Argos has the same hours except on Sunday when it opens at 10.30 am and closes at 4.30 pm.

Angouleme Retail Park is situated at the southern end of Bury town centre (postcode BL9 0BZ). Visitors travelling by car should leave the M66 at Junction 2 and follow the A58. Turn left down George Street just before PC World.
Be careful here the fine for parking over the allotted time is £100, so if you over run by a few minutes due to a long queue or you miss calculated time it is a very expensive shopping trip. Excess price should not be allowed to charge that much.
had same story. paid a ticket at Angouleme Way Retail Park, got a PCN only to hear that i purchased a ticket for the ‘wrong car park’ ( meter a few steps from the ‘correct meter’)
absolute outrage. how could bury allow 1 car park to be ‘divided’ into 2 sections and it not clear that there are 2 separate companies who own this and which meter belongs to who
