Charter Walk is located in Burnley town centre, making it easily accessible by public transport. Burnley Bus Station is just 100 yards away, while Burnley Central Train Station is a third of a mile away. Burnley Manchester Road Train Station is half a mile away.

For those driving, there are two car parks at Charter Walk, both adjacent to the centre. One is a surface car park with 260 spaces (postcode BB11 1UH), and the other is a multi-storey car park with 500 spaces (postcode BB11 1PX). Parking fees are reasonable.
