The Casino Café, the eating area on the Upper Mall (first floor), takes its name from the legendary Wigan Casino nightclub that used to stand on the site of the mall. Restaurants here are Coffee Delight and Le Petit Four. There’s a small exhibition documenting the Wigan Casino and Northern Soul music.

The Grand Arcade is open seven days a week. Opening hours are Monday to Saturday 9 am to 5.30 pm and Sundays 10.30 am to 4.30 pm. For Christmas opening hours visit the official Grand Arcade website.

A big thank to the 2 gentlemen who helped me on Friday 19.11 2016.I was struggling with my shopping I asked 2 staff members if they could help me. Without any hesitation they carried my shopping to my car I was on level 7 Debenhams. I did not get their names but they were tall slim build and one of them wore glasses the event occurred about lunchtime outside the Pandora store. So here’s to their kindness and good humour. They are 2 true gentlemen.Thank you from a very grateful shopper.
