Reviews and Additional Information

  1. Visited tonight terrible for disabled parking out of the 10 spaces outside the cinema only two were displaying a blue badge. When I complained in the odeon I was advised they weren’t responsible for managing and policing the park. I found this very poor, what’s the point in allocating spaces but this not being monitored or policed??

  2. Review about Strike Ten Bowl:

Just been bowling tonight with a few friends and our children, the place is awful and it’s unlikely I’ll be back. The issue for me is the fact that there are people smoking outside the main entrance, staff included and the fumes are very strong inside the building we could all smell it while we we’re bowling. I complained to the lady on reception when I arrived because I had to walk through plumes of smoke on the way in with my young son. I complained a second time while playing bowling because we could smell cigarette smoke around us. Both times she agreed it was unacceptable and assured me she would ask them to stop. It didn’t. My final complaint was raised with one of the staff members on my way out – a security guard smoking directly outside the main entrance with plumes of smoke blowing straight in through the front entrance. His response was simply “I am the legal distance from the building and I can’t help which way the wind is blowing”.

To be honest I found the whole experience shocking and to make things worse my baby son takes an inhaler as he has a cough.

Very disappointing and I don’t think I’ll be taking my son back there. Oh and don’t bother trying to complain on their website it gets ignored and no one ever gets back to you.

    • Get a life, you absolute loser. What do you expect? The staff to chase their paying customers off the retail park so that you and your son can have your perfect atmosphere? You need to wake up to the world you live in mate, and get a grip.
