Cineworld Chester

Cineworld Chester at Greyhound Retail Park closed in October 2013. The adjacent Tenpin bowling alley also shut down. An Asda superstore was built on the site of the two businesses and opened in November 2014. We have kept this listing online so our readers are aware of the closure. A new 11-screen Cineworld with an IMAX screen is set to open in 2015 at Broughton Shopping Park.

This 6-screen multiplex cinema is situated on the Greyhound Retail Park on Sealand Road, just outside Chester city centre.

For cinema listings and film times click here or visit the official Cineworld website.

There are numerous restaurants and places to eat nearby; Frankie & Benny’s on the Greyhound Retail Park, and McDonald’s on the Chester Retail Park. The Tenpin bowling alley is next to the cinema.

  1. I don’t mind paying 6.50 for the ticket but I strongly object to being screwed for 5.40 for a bag of Butterkist and a bottle of Sprite.
