This museum tells the story of the Lancashire Fusiliers and the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers. It houses an impressive collection of medals, weapons, uniforms and other military artefacts.
It is situated in Bury’s Cultural Quarter, right opposite the Bury Museum and Art Gallery. The building also houses the Bury Tourist Information Centre.

The Fusilier Museum is usually open Monday to Friday 10 am to 5 pm (last entry 4 pm) and Saturday 10 am to 4 pm (last entry 3 pm). Admission fees apply. Visit the official website for details of prices and special exhibitions.

This is a small but interesting military museum. It is worthwhile visiting and remembering the debt we all owe to these brave men.
