Reviews and Additional Information

  1. Please make everyone aware that there is a 3 hour limit on marking at this location. If you intend to stay longer- for example to use one of the food/restaurant outlets as well, you must enter your registration number at the desk in the cinema or Bannatynes gym. (Not sure if any of the other businesses have the facility to do this).
The fine for overstaying and using the facilities over the 3 hrs or over any 2 hrs approved extension is £100.00. There are signs in the car park about this. But as people are used to no limits they may not notice the signs. Certainly lots of regular spenders there have been caught out, especially in the early days when there were no consoles visible inside the cinema and people just didn’t know.

  2. Absolutely disgusted I have been charged £100 for parking to go to the cinema as there are new rules in place regarding parking, the cinema are NOT informing customers of this new rule . I will NEVER EVER EVER go to the Odeon again.

  3. Be aware when visiting Odeon cinema parking is only 3 hours. Recently parked up wth a friend at 6.45 to see live event The King and I, excellent, performance finished at 9.40 visited toilets and left car park at 9.58 was amazed and angry 2 days later when my friend received notice of £100 fine for parking over 3 hours. Surely this is not acceptable, patrons may want to visit one of the on site restaurants after the cinema so 3 hours is certainly insufficient time. Apparently you can register you’re details with the Odeon and other businesses in order to avoid any parking charge, but there is no signage stating this and we were not made aware of this be Odeon staff. So come on all you businesses sort this out, or you will loose customers!

  5. I think you should warn customers that they can only park for 3 hrs max, which rules out a nice meal after or before the film if it is long . Our film wasn’t that long but we are thought a nice meal would be in order at one of the other businesses on the leisure park. Thanks to our custom and our supporting the local businesses we got an extra charge of a parking charge notice.

    • Watch out for parking fines. 3 hrs free…please extend if you think you may use one of the food outlets and go over 3 hrs. Can extend by 2hrs in the businesses.
